Great...great book...written almost as a combined short story book...it's a story with a story which tells another story, all adding to each other. The main storyline is the shortest, but is a powerful addition to the gunslinger series, the middle story is good and gives a lot of background into Roland. But I think the highlight is the story of Tim Stouheart...great story that can stand on its own with no problem.
