Question of the Day #46: Do you like the new cover for 'Full Dark, No Stars'?

Do I like it? No. Yes. I don't know, maybe? It certainly is a departure from anything his marketing team has done before. I like the painting art from recent previous covers (Lisey's Story" and UTD were both good). Although I though that Just After Sunset was a little mundane.

Maybe they are trying to win over non-genre readers, the snoody one's who only shop the in the "literature" section or those who think Oprah's book club is the best thing to happen to reading since Gutenberg. The cover does seem more like something you'd see on one of those "deep literary dramas".
